From every little detail of ambiance of the salon to the T.O.P. Identity formula creation, Jac has been the key engineer to the birth of “J&J Hair Identity”. His passion in the hair trade industry and his eye for beauty enables Jac to design his customers’ (T.O.P.) hairdos by analyzing customers’ hair (Texture) to advise colors or perms + considering customers’ face features (Originality) to give suitable hair-dos that either brings out the key features or vice versa + bringing out each individual’s identity and (Personality) through thorough understanding customers’ lifestyle preferences and their occupations.

Jac is particularly noted for his skills in creating permanent waves to bring out your skin tone and best facial features, complete with colour tones that complement your overall look! Jac believes in his T.O.P. Identity formula which will continue to give every customer a different look with a change of hairstyle through the T.O.P. equation.

He is sincere and caring and builds up strong friendships with his clients to ensure the best fitting style that suits them. His greatest contentment is to witness the transformation and ecstatic faces of his clients.

J&J Hair Identity Pte Ltd was created with the intention of expanding its business into the Beauty care industry, not limited to hair salons, but with B2B and B2C distributions of beauty care products that are safe and environmentally friendly. As the founder of J&J, Jasmine spent hours in every details from the design of J&J’s Company logo to the detailed interior designs of the salon.

Jasmine is responsible for the overall strategic investment, marketing and business development of J&J. She takes charge of the overall product sourcing and distributorship management.

Her bubbly personality and her sincere care for customers have been her winning formula in attracting and building a strong network with the clients and suppliers. Coupled with her professional regional working experience in large MNCs, Jasmine brings with her a strong corporate culture of 4Ts into the J&J family (Trust, Team, Transformation and T.O.P. identity).
